Terms of Sale

These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via computer network on the site www.ollishoes.com owned by Maione srl  with registered office in Parma (PR) via G.e G. Sicuri 60 CAP 43124 and Operational Headquarters in via Antiniana ,53 – 80078 Pozzuoli (NA). Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (for more information click here) and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Law no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments (for more information click here).

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The Customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the general and payment conditions transcribed below, declaring that he has having read and accepted all the information provided to him in accordance with the aforementioned rules, also acknowledging that Maione srl itself does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.

Customer commitments

These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by Customers visiting the www.ollishoes.com site, before they confirm their purchases. The forwarding of the order confirmation, therefore, implies full knowledge of the General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.

Sale

The sahe conformity of the goods delivered to the promised one. The parties may also agree that only some of the sample requirements rise to promised quality, so that not any non-conformity of the goods with respect to the sample, but only the non-conformity with respect to the sample requirements to which the parties have expressly referred, attributes to the buyer, for of the art. 1522 code civ. the right to terminate the contract.le on www.ollishoes.com can also be a “Sample and Sample Type Sale”. In sample sales (art. 1522, civil code), the quality of the goods is established by referring to a sample which serves as a means of ascertaining

Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including taxes, excluding participation in handling and shipping costs. Each order, regardless of its origin, is payable in euros. La Maione srl reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order entry.

How to purchase

www.ollishoes.com is a telematic site for the sale of luxury handmade Italian shoes for women. The purchases of the products, available as illustrated and specified online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the Customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of forwarding the order confirmation, in addition to the transport costs as specified below , and, in any case, displayed at the time of purchase. Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be given a summary of the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in the event of the purchase of several products and the relative transport costs. By confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive an e-mail message containing the date and the total amount of his order and the details of the same. For the purchase of customized goods, the Customer will receive an email containing the images of the requested customization; the same images must be confirmed by the Customer by email.

Delivery

The Customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts the conditions related to the shipping service which can be consulted on the appropriate page of the site (< a href="https://www.ollishoes.com/it/content/1-spemissioni">click here), declaring that I have read and accepted all the information provided, also acknowledging that the goods travel under the responsibility of the recipient

Right of return and withdrawal:

In compliance with art. 52, paragraph 1, lett. (f) and (g) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 of the consumer code, it will be possible to withdraw from the sales contract. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal

Instructions for withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the delivery date , by communication via e-mail at info@ollishoes.com

The customer will receive the return authorization code by e-mail which will identify his case
The customer will ship by post or with a courier of his choice.
The replacement of a product will be carried out after the return of the returned product.

The return authorization code assigned by Maione s.r.l. must be clearly indicated on the packaging. and the sender. It will not be possible to replace or refund the products without the return authorization code.

It is essential for the replacement or refund of the product, that it is intact, that it is carefully packed in its original packaging complete with all accessories and do not write anything on the original packaging of any product. Furthermore, bulky parcels must be packed in wrapping paper while small products must be placed in cardboard boxes. The return shipment is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, i.e.:

•     Mancanza dell'imballo originale.

•     Danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal trasporto.
•     Prodotti sigillati aperti dal consumatore
